This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering graphic design, photographic, and videography services to the TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program of the North Central Texas Council of Governments. The role involves disseminating TXShare program and industry-related information and resources to designated audiences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborates with program staff to plan and deliver TXShare media and graphic projects by assessing needs, researching solutions, and securing required resources.
  • Collaborate with TXShare program staff and key stakeholders to maintain clear, accurate, and consistent messaging.
  • Develop compelling content that communicates the significance of TXShare services.
  • Distribute pertinent information regarding programs, initiatives, regulations, and events to enhance participation and increase awareness.
  • Designs and produces graphics, photos, and videos for the TXShare Program to showcase resources and events; uses software for typesetting and layout.
  • Contributes to TXShare Program social media outreach by creating content, developing engagement strategies, and recommending new media tools to boost communication.
  • Creates, reviews, and edits artwork and promotional materials.
  • Maintains outreach databases to ensure timely, accurate project completion and effectiveness of audience engagement.

 

Job Requirements:
Requires six months to one year of specialized study or training beyond high school, typically from a junior college or technical school. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited degree program during employment and may earn a degree upon successful completion of studies.

Starting Salary: Minimum of $17.25 per hour
