Summer Camp Golf Counselor

Looking for the summer experience of a lifetime? Want a summer job that feels like more than just another boring job? Look no further than becoming a golf counselor at one of the top summer camps in the country! Camp Olympia is an overnight sports and recreation camp for children ages 6-16 located on Lake Livingston in Trinity, Texas.  As a counselor, you spend your summer making an impact, having fun, and creating memories that last a lifetime. Camp Olympia is searching for “O-mazing” students who want to devote part or all of their summer to providing the unforgettable experience that all campers deserve. 

As a camp counselor, you develop valuable skills such as time management, problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills, all while having fun in the sun! Furthermore, counselors have the opportunity to teach and coach over 45 different activities, ranging from basketball, horseback, riflery, and culinary arts to wakeboard/waterski, video production, arts and crafts, and more! Furthermore, as a golf counselor, you will help teach the junior golf academy campers every weekday morning from 8-12 on the number one golf course in Texas, Whispering Pines. With additional help from professionals and instructors, you will be teaching campers an appreciation for the game of golf and getting to play quite a bit yourself! We are committed to helping people grow in body, mind, and spirit, while also having a great time! This position is paid, and we will provide lodging and 3 meals per day.
