Internship Overview:
The HR intern will support critical administrative and compliance-related tasks within the Human Resources department. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, including policy updates, digital document management, onboarding, and remote workforce compliance.
Responsibilities:
Review and update job descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency
Manage digital document processing using Adobe Sign for HR forms and documents
Assist with content updates in the onboarding portal to improve the new hire experience
Coordinate the distribution of required employment posters to remote employees
Update HR policies and documents, ensuring they reflect current standards and use the correct letterhead
Support other HR administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university
Must be at least 18 years of age
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Adobe Sign or similar digital document platforms is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
