CornerStone Staffing has partnered with The City of Dallas Department of Aviation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented college student to join the Real Estate team for a summer internship.

Job Title: Aviation Real Estate Intern Summer Internship
Location: Department of Aviation, City of Dallas
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the dynamic world of aviation real estate. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals on various projects related to property management, leasing, and development at Dallas Love Field Airport and Dallas Executive Airport.

Essential Functions

Participate in site visits and meetings with tenants, developers, and other stakeholders.

Assist with project coordination and administrative support for the airport real estate team.

Support general property management activities, including data entry, lease administration, and report generation.

Research and compile market data to support lease negotiations and real estate development projects.

Prepare presentations and communication materials for internal and external audiences.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records in a database system.

Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in airport real estate.

Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance, as this is an essential function of the role.

 

Knowledge and Skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Strong analytical and research skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Ability to interact diplomatically with City officials and City of Dallas staff at all levels.

Interest in aviation and/or real estate is a plus.

 

Work Experience & Education

Current undergraduate college or university student in good standing pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as aviation, real estate, property management, law, or business administration.

Preferred but not required: Prior work experience in real estate, property management, or business administration.

Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment is beneficial.

Strong analytical and research skills required.
